Here's how to navigate through the AACOMAS application site to upload a recommendation letter.


1. Create an account or log-in to AACOMAS.



2. Under the My Application tab click on Supporting Information


3. Then select Evaluations.


4. Click on Create Evaluation Request.


5. Enter your letter writer's information and, as the email address, paste the unique address that PrivateFolio has assigned to that letter.


6. When you are done, click on Save This Evaluation Request. 


7. The AACOMAS system will receive this request, confirm that the information is valid, and send an upload request to the unique PrivateFolio email address that you entered. As soon as this happens (generally 2-3 minutes) you will receive an email notification from PrivateFolio asking you to approve payment for the upload.


8. Log-in to your PrivateFolio account and click on Payment Required which will be visible in the upper left-hand corner of the page.


9. Click the checkmark to approve payment ($2) using the funds in your account balance. If you don't have funds available, click the credit card icon to pay by credit card.


You're all set! PrivateFolio will upload the letter on your behalf and you will receive a confirmation email when the upload is completed. Most uploads are processed the same day they are approved.
